Most people would perceive “Toys” as objects that could bring about happiness, enjoyment and entertainment. However, for YIMSAMER, “Toys” open doors to  unlimited possibilities and has its own language that steamed from our imaginations,  allowing us to interpret it into our own creativity. MR.CROC is not just about using toys  to create a project that is movable and enjoyable for the audiences. It is more about creating new perspectives and boundaries for art, design and advertisement industry as it symbolizes by the act of redefining what “Toys” mean. YIMSAMER aims to create DESIGN projects using a blend of TECHNOLOGY and CRAFTSMANSHIP. We see ourselves as not just a multimedia designer, but also a “Maker”. When deciding which material to utilize, we look at new technologies, complex mechanics and different media. Ultimately, “Toys” are chosen as the main material because they have many mechanics within themselves, and are have a perfect balance between creativity and enjoyment. In term of the process, we see that the algorithm of this installation is to build a wall that communicates. It becomes even more interesting when we think of other potential products that could become those movable units for examples, makeup palettes, dolls, instruments, and other artifacts.
